myMLCservices is a new and creative approach to providing additional channels for delivering Customer Service to our customers. As we progress towards the pre-teens (2011-2012) and the teens (2013-2019) many new communication media/methods/mechanisms are available to all of us for gaining technical expertise, improving our product knowledge and expanding our capabilities. No longer are we limited to only one or two methods of learning or problem-solving.
The typical Customer Service approach of the last three decades has been to have Technical Support Engineers and Technicians answer incoming phone calls, or e-mails. This approach worked well as long as you were able to connect directly to a Technical Support person and as long as sample files and/or specific installation information weren't needed to resolve the question/issue.
